Cool Stocking Filler Ideas

I am really pleased to be supporting Wicked Uncle again this year. They're a brilliant family business who provide excellent gift ideas for children and young people. They pride themselves on stocking only the coolest of gifts (only 10% of products pitched to them actually make the cut) and provide excellent customer service with fast delivery & an option to add gift wrapping too.

Winter Wonderscape at Metrocentre Review

This weekend we made the trip to the Metrocentre, to see what their Winter Wonderscape was all about. I was a bit worried I had chosen the wrong weekend to visit, with it being the Black Friday weekend and only a month away from Christmas.

We were booked in for 4pm so it wasn’t too bad as the shops were quieting off a bit and there was an excited buzz in the air.

Shaun the Sheep on the Tyne Trail

Shaun the Sheep on the Tyne is a brand new trail made up of 45 statues which will be located across Newcastle Upon Tyne and the surrounding areas. Similar to previous Snowdogs and Elmer trails, it will raise £ and awareness for St Oswald's Hospice.

Shaun the Sheep on the Tyne Trail

I always love taking part in these trails and we will be keeping our eyes peeled for Shauns when out and about this summer. The trail launches on 19 July and runs until 27 September. Some people are hardcore and try and find them all in one day but personally, I prefer to split the trail into sections and combine with another activity and enjoy over a few weeks - there is plenty of time.
