If you're a family who loves swimming and water parks, a short break at one of these Haven parks is worth considering. I have pulled together some of the best parks with waterparks and sites so you can easily see all of the best ones in one place.

Outdoor pools, lazy rivers and SplashZones are generally open from May Half Term to August Bank Holiday (weather permitting). Indoor pools are generally open across the full season. Swimming is included with the holiday prices quoted but additional activities mentioned are available at an additional cost.
Adventure Pool at Primrose Valley, North Yorkshire
Primrose Valley is a large holiday park near Scarborough and a popular option for families travelling from the North East (I used to holiday a lot here when I was younger and loved it). Expect LOADS of activities including 'the Jump', trampolines, aerial adventure, pottery painting, archery, kayaking and more.

Golden Sands is a popular holiday park with lots of activities including tank off-roaders, climbing wall, 'the jump', aerial adventure, mini segways, fishing, go kart and bike hire.
There is an indoor pool with flume and baby pool AND an outdoor pool with slide.

Splashaway Bay at Hafon Y Mor, North Wales
Hafen Y Mor is one of the largest Haven sites so as you'd expect, there is loads to do including tube slides, roller disco, tank off roaders, 'the jump', segways, aerial adventure, pottery painting, pedalos and bike hire.

Kiln Park Outdoor Pool
Activities at Kiln include 'the jump', aerial adventure, bunjee trampoline, junior segways, climbing wall, crazy golf, bear making, archery, pottery painting and kart hire.

Haven's Pool Admission Policy
This may vary depending on which site you book so please do check with the park you are looking to book for the most accurate information.
However as a general rule, their policy is as follows:
Children under eight and non-swimmers under 14
A responsible adult must accompany any child under the age of eight years old and any child who is a non-swimmer under the age of 14 years old.
The adult must remain in the water with the child at all times. An adult may not accompany more than two children at any one time.
All children, as highlighted above, are required to wear a site-issued orange wrist band whilst using our swimming pools.
In and around the swimming pool
Children using swim aids, such as armbands, must be constantly supervised by a responsible adult. Any person suffering with a heart condition, back injury, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or pregnant are not permitted to use the flumes or slides at any time. Height restrictions will apply for flumes or slides. Check before use.
Non or weak swimmers must not go out of their depth.
Haven's Swimming Booking Policy
Access to swimming pools is included with 'Haven' holidays at no additional cost. At the moment, you do need to book a swimming slot in advance and can book up to 14 slots per holiday booking.
Each swim slot lasts for 60 minutes and can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance of your break start date via the 'My Haven Experience App' or online. You can also book additional slots once you arrive on park should capacity allow.
You do not need to book standalone outdoor pools. If the weather allows, simply pop along (if the pool is connected to an indoor pool, you will still need to book a session but this will be made clear in the app when you book).
Access to swimming pools is not included with a Haven Hideaway Holidays.
